Composer &
educator
Bartosz Ogrodowicz grew up in a musical home — his father taught him his first melodies. He has been making music since he was eight, won the Września county competition for young instrumentalists twice and graduated from music school with top marks in piano. His first demos date from 2007–2008; by 2009 he was playing piano-solo concerts at Klub ZAK in Poznań as a young composer of rock ballads, gothic and progressive pieces — equally at home with Bach, Chopin, Mozart and Beethoven.
His debut album Forsaken (2010) is fully instrumental and recorded alone — keyboards, orchestrations, drums, bass and the guitar-like solos. It premiered on Polskie Radio PiK and was reviewed by 30 magazines and webzines across Europe and the USA.
In spring 2012 he made a guest appearance with the symphonic power metal band Pathfinder at Power Prog & Metal Fest in Mons, Belgium, in front of about a thousand people — and then joined them on keyboards, touring festivals in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belgium and the Netherlands, and shared stages with bands such as Sonata Arctica, Arch Enemy, Epica, Rhapsody of Fire, Moonspell, Evergrey and Nightwish.
Around 2015 he moved from Września to Toruń, where he founded the music agency „Forte” and the Maa-Forte online piano school. The Soul of Hope (2020) — music in which a single piece can have more than a hundred tracks — earned 9/10 in PowerPlay Magazine.
Favourite composers: Chopin, Beethoven, Mozart — and on the film side Hans Zimmer and John Williams. Favourite reading: Tolkien.
Są rzeczy, o których nie da się powiedzieć czy też napisać, a można je sobie wyobrazić.

Pathfinder
Keyboards in the Polish symphonic power metal band Pathfinder from spring 2012 — he debuted as a guest at Power Prog & Metal Fest in Mons (April 2012), stayed on, and played festivals across Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belgium and the Netherlands. Keyboards on the 2014 songs with the new singer Primal Alley, and a keyboard solo on guitarist Gunsen’s “Sons Of An Empty Age” (2017).
“He played the piano from his early age and remained faithful to black and white keys until today. Probably the most calm and quiet man in Pathfinder.”
