Who is responsible for your data

What data we process and why

  • Messages you send (e-mail, phone) – to reply to booking, press or commission enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Kept as long as needed to handle the matter and any follow-up.
  • Server logs (IP address, browser, date and time) – kept by the hosting provider for security and to keep the site running (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Statistics – Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) runs only if you click “Accept” in the cookie bar (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). It uses cookies such as _ga to count visits and see which pages are popular. You can change your decision at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Embedded videos and music

YouTube videos (in privacy-enhanced mode) and the Spotify player are loaded only after you press play. From that moment the privacy policies of Google/YouTube and Spotify apply. Links to other services (Bandcamp, Apple Music, Facebook and others) take you to their own websites.

Online shop

Orders at sklep.bartoszogrodowicz.pl are covered by the shop’s own terms and privacy information.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing).
